Good morning everyone, I hope you have been enjoying our product spotlight this month, Uniquely Creative. Today I will walk you through another layout that I have created featuring the High Tea collection.
Step three, flip the page over and using your craft knife, trim around the base page.
Repeat steps two & three, this time adhering the remaining
floral pattern of ‘Cup & Saucer’ to the bottom right of ‘Garden Party’.
Now, using the reserved barcode strip from step one, cover the
join of the top triangle, then cut the barcode strip from another piece of ‘Cup
& Saucer’ and cover the join of the bottom triangle. Next, roll each of the
corners and then glue the edges down (distress the edges of the layout if
desired).
From your leftover piece of ‘Cup & Saucer’ cut two photo mats, one measuring 5¾” x 3¾ the other 6¾ x 4⅛ (distress the edges if desired). Trim your photo to 5½ x 3½ then adhere to the photo mats, first the small (green side) then the large (floral side), adhere a paper doily under the top right corner of the photo stack and position in the center of your layout.
Using a selection of Creative Cuts, and fussy cut pieces from
‘Good Company’, arrange a cluster of embellishments to the top corner and
left hand side of your center piece, then add a tile to the bottom right (use
your embellishments to hide any unwanted parts of your photo).
