 Hello Everyone. 

Debra from the Helmar Design Team, here to share with you a new layout

I have created using these beautiful papers from Stamperia. The photos 

show a Wintery day of  fun with the grand children.

I have created a double page using these beautiful papers.

as I was using larger pieces for my background, I used the Helmar spray

 Adhesive to attach my bigger background pieces.please use this spray adhesive

 in a well ventilated area.

As I was using a lot of layers, , I used the tacky glue to hold pieces in place. 

this glue remains tacky for a short time, allowing me to be flexible in y placing

 of elements. one dry sticks permanently.

I used the Helmar Premium Craft Glue to adhere all the final embellishments 

to my layout- flowers twine, art stones etc.

This glue holds well and dies clear.

 Hello my Crafty friends.

Well, here we are back again getting down to business, finding my mojo and creative streak after the lazy Christmas holidays.

Seems like so long ago, I trust you all had a great Christmas and are enjoying the new year.

With beautiful little Australian animals featured alongside Santa.

There's so much detail on the page, you don't need to do too much to make a fantastic layout.

So here for you today I've made a 2 page layout, so grab your fussy cutting scissors we're going to give them a workout.

Studio 73 - Australian Bush Christmas Advent Calendar

 Well my Crafty Friends here we are around the corner from December the month for everything Christmas.

Before December starts we need to get our Advent Calendar's ready.

So with Studio 73 and their beautiful "Australian Bush Christmas Collection" and Kaisercraft's Box Advent Calendar I've put them together to create this is beautiful Christmas piece to add to my Christmas decorations.

Simple Stories 'Boo Crew' - BOO

 Hello everyone, as the days count-down to Halloween I thought I would squeeze in another blog post promoting Simple Stories ‘Boo Crew’ collection.

Keeping it simple I have created a layered base using patterned papers from Simple Stories Boo Crew - 4x6 Elements (#13813 – Star side) and Our Little Spooks (#13803) along with plain papers (orange & black) from Echo Parks ‘I Love Halloween’ Solids Paper Pack. I also couldn’t resist using my Martha Stewart around the page punch set ‘Rings’.

 

Halloween in Dreamland - Haunted House

Hello again my crafty friends.

Here to bring you a little something different, if any of you saw my earlier Blog in October, I mentioned I was not into celebrating Halloween....however, being on a design team opens up different possibilities and fun challenges.

So, here I was thinking what would I do with what I was given, and I must say - I may have had a little too much fun making this one when all the ideas came flooding in.

Funnily enough I don't do Halloween, however I have a niece and nephew who do and so gave me the perfect opportunity to play with the gorgeous paper range by Memory Place called 

Halloween In Dreamland.

The illustrations and the cuteness is enough to make anyone what to create something special with them...and so I did.

Simple Stories - Boo Crew Layout

 

Good morning everyone, and welcome to October.

I’m so excited about this month’s theme, can you guess what it is?

 

That’s right, it’s HALLOWEEN 🎃, which happens to be my youngest sons favourite time of year, even better than Christmas he reckons! He loves choosing a new spooky outfit every year and decorating the front of the yard, not to mention the candy!

I love walking around, admiring everyone’s costumes and scary houses and of course taking lots of photos to scrap!

 

So be prepared for a bit of a scare and let us get you in the mood as we count down to Halloween.

  I am one lucky girl and will be playing with the awesome Simple Stories ‘Boo Crew’ collection, today I will take you on a step-by-step walkthrough of how I put my layout together.
