Here is my original layout.
Craft on the
Run Blind Crop
Hi, it is
Debra here tonight to guide you through this blind crop.
We are going
to get all the cutting done first.
The first measurement give will be across, the second is down.
Have fun
everyone…..
Step 1
Trim
your photo down to 5 ¼ inch x 3 ¾ inches
Next step, cutting your white cardstock
Now to cut the white Cardstock
2A. Gut the cardstock leaving a 1 inch frame and a 10 inch square. Put the frame aside.
2B. Using the white 10 inch square , gut this piece leaving a 1 inch frame and an 8 inch square. Put the frame aside.
2C. From the 8 inch white cardstock square, cut a photo mat 5 ½ inches x 4 inches. Put aside.
2D. Cut 2 pieces of white cardstock 4
inches x 2 ¼ inches,
Then 4
pieces 2 1/4 x ½ inch, put all these pieces aside

now have 9 white pieces put aside.
Next we cut the coloured cardstock
Step 3.
Using your coloured sheet of cardstock, cut ¾ inch off 2
adjoining sides,
leaving an
11 ¼ inch square

pieces 4 inches x 2 ¼ inches. Put aside.
You should have 5 pieces.
And that is all the cutting ,
Now to start assembling.
A.Take your patterned paper square and
adhere to the centre of the smaller White frame.
B. Now adhere this piece to the centre
of the coloured card stock frame
C. now adhere this piece to the centre
of the last white frame.
You should
now have a 12 x 12 page made up of 4 layers.
Step 6.
A. Now take your photo that you cut
down earlier, first mount on the white photo mat,
followed by
the coloured cardstock photo mat
B. now take your white 4x 2 ¼ pieces
, adhere to the bottom left hand corner
and top right hand corner of your photo,
adhering to the coloured photo mat ,
leaving ¼
inch showing.
C. Repeat the step above using the patterned paper pieces.
7. Apply foam mounting tape to the back of
your photo piece, not too close to the edges.
Adhere the
photo 2 ¼ inches in from the left side and 3 ½ inches down from the
(measurements are from the very outer edge of
the coloured paper pieces)
Step 8.
Take the remaining white pieces slip in
under the photo where the patterned paper ends.
Then do the same with the coloured cardstock, overlapping the white pieces slightly and a little longer than the white pieces.
Step 9.
Take your fussy cut pieces tuck one under the top left hand corner of your photo.
Take the second piece , using mounting tape overlap the photo in the bottom right hand corner.
Step 10.

your title and adhere over your fussy

Step 11.
Now the
final simple step, place your enamel dots/ sequins randomly ether side of the
fussy cut pieces ,
Now that is
it, I look forward to seeing some wonderful layouts, thanks for playing along.
Until next time,
